  I phoned Hairhouse Warehouse this morning for a quote for 1/4 head of foils and a trim. I was asked if my hair was long or short. I told them short, just sitting on the back of my neck, above my shoulders. The quote was $145. I thought this was excessive so while in town, I went into the store to see if I had received the right quote. I was told I did get the right price. I stated the price was way too expensive as the most I have paid is $90 and my hair was shoulder lenght to boot. The manager came out to see me and asked if I received the quote by phone or instore. I told her it was by phone so the manager said thy would rather people come in for quotes so they can see texture of hair, (thick/fine). I asked why wasn't I asked this on the phone or have them ask me to come in for the quote. I found the whole affair unprofessional and staff should be made aware of the store procedure by the manager if this is the case. I will never recommend this store to anyone.
