  very poor service, does not listen or care. poor install. had whole house done with carpet and timber floor, carper had fault which i demanded to replace and timber floor installed the wrong way. stay away and buy somewhere else

  Makes you wait over 4 months to fix the installers stuff ups, wont acknowledge theres a problem, & keeps bullshiting, wants to fix problems when they get around to it, even if you have to wait up to 6 months, keeps making excuses & pretends not to know what the problem is even though he has been told by his own staff. Makes out he's doing something but all the time just prolonging it so they can repair their stuff ups when they are ready. No appologies no contact unless the customer contact them once they have your money they don't want to know you anymore.

  Choices FlooringYoung redid our floor and we love it !!! The team were friendly and helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our requests.We couldn't be happier ....Our customers love it too.... I wouldn't hesitate using or recommending in using the team from choices again ....sharon wilder

  We have used Choices twice over the past few years and have always found them very helpful, prompt and affordable. Carpet was put in professionally and still looks great. Very happy.
