  Pathetic service... Food sold cold.. long waits... would not recommend to anyone. Management very Rude same as staff members... Would rate this shop nothing at all.. But this service tells me i have to rate.. thats y i rate 1 star..

  Haven't eaten at KFC anywhere in many years and will never eat there again. Compared to this place Mcdonalds provides a 5 star fine dining experience.

  Extremely slow service, on many occasions they don't have any chicken and when they do they stuff the order up completely. Too many young children running the place with no adult help. Employee customer care factor ZERO

  Very slow service. Long wait in drive through. Order is wrong almost every time. Chips are often over cooked, raw or have no salt. Chicken is often either undercooked, under seasoned or dried out. Potato and gravy very inconsistent also. Staff are often standing around talking rather than providing service. Managers screaming at young staff. One of the worst KFC stores I've ever been to. Would give it zero stars if it was an option.

  Any time I've ordered at the drive through here, the staff can be quite blunt and the order is often wrong. The quality of the food lacks consistency as well. Other shops in the area have nicer food, better prices, and a bigger range of options.

  If I could have given it zero I would have. Staff appeared to have had their personality and any customer service skills removed at the start of the shift. The store was filthy inside and out. The staff seem more interested in talking to each than cleaning up. And then there was the order. Ordered 2 classic burgers, 1 zinger burger and a chicken salad wrap. They gave us 2 zinger burgers and a chicken wrap with some sort of brown dressing that would not have looked out of place in a babies' nappy. The 3rd burger was missing action.
